MixSweets (a trading name of TREAT VERSE LTD, Company No. 16935581) delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 3 PM are typically dispatched the same day for next-day delivery, subject to courier availability. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your sweets fresh and quickly across the UK. Estimated delivery times and any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders as indicated on our website.

Delays

While we work hard to dispatch every order promptly, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays or adverse weather. We are not liable for delays once an order has been handed to the courier, but we will always help you track and resolve any issues.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
